Power Up Your Day

Want to know why the sunshine has the ability to make you just want to breathe a sigh of relief and smile…………for no reason?! Read on…. Here I am on just another average working day……sunshine, smiles, warm conversations, great ideas, great people, good food, feeling good from the inside out and inspired to help people as much as one can…….hmmmm yes I believe this sums up a typical Phoenix, Arizona day. I’m here on a short visit. 

sunshine makes everyone feel better from the inside out right. Now I could give you a long explanation or I can give you the short version…..so here’s the short version: As human beings, we all come from or are of carbon….carbon is produced (very crudely defined) in dying stars….in the skies. Stars in the sky are of course planets and the one that is biggest and most impactful in our solar system is, of course, the Sun. Therefore it is not surprising that the Sun, which is, of course, a star and therefore the basis of what we are made, has the influence of ‘igniting’ or charging the life-force in our bodies, minds, and emotions. And this is how the sun literally breathes life back into our bodies, minds, and souls on an energetic level. In an instant it raises our energy, it brightens our emotions or lightens our load, and it’s as if physically years are lifted right off us. Have you heard that children’s song?“The Sun has got his hat on, and he’s coming out to play…..”Well, there is some substance to it in that when the Sun comes out (with his hat on so not too strong), then be prepared for your playful side to be inspired or to feel just that real ‘feel good factor’. And have you noticed how the ‘feel good factor’ quite often feels just like the way you felt in your happiest moments as a child? Well, that’s because when the carbon energy in us, or put another way the life-force or life-giving energy, it equates to our youngest selves or spiritually speaking our inner-child being brought out. And this my friends is the very short and basic explanation of why the sunshine has the ability to make you just want to breathe a sigh of relief and smile…………for no reason.
